There are a number of things that you can do that will greatly assist us and will ensure a successful event.
¨ Take some clean jars and fill them with something that our kids would love to win. New items only! Lucky bottles go for $2 each so make sure your Lucky Bottles contain a minimum of $2 value.
¨ Check your cupboards! Perhaps you have cloths, books, toys etc that your children have outgrown or items that you no longer need. Please no broken or unclean items and we definitely cannot accept electrical items. Second-hand Goods can be dropped off to the Library.
¨ Get out your recipe books! What yummy treat can you whip up for our Cake Stall? Your contribution will need to be delivered to the staff room on the morning of the Carnival.
¨ Are you up for a baking challenge? A fabulous prize for our Cake Competition has been donated by Belinda of Bake Boss—a hamper full of goodies for the serious cake maker and decorator. Thank you, Belinda.
¨ Consider your options for the Rides. Armbands will be on sale for $40, allowing carnival-goers to jump the queues. Some height restrictions will apply for the larger rides. Single rides tickets will also be available @ $8 and $5 each.
¨ Consider how and when you will be able to help on the day. Teachers will certainly need you onboard.
