The Year 7 Camp payments and forms are now due. Last return date is Friday 3 April.

Thank You from Year 4 PDF Print E-mail
Thank you to the parent helpers for giving up their time and coming to camp at Mapleton. It wouldn’t have been as much fun if you weren’t there. Thank you for playing games and activities with us. Thank you for your support.
Thank you to our teachers for looking after us and making sure we were safe while we were on camp. We appreciate the time and effort you gave us.
It was fun when the teachers went on the giant swing.
Ariana, Emily, Tyler & Joshua 4S & 4W

What’s happening in 5W? PDF Print E-mail
It’s been a busy six weeks! 5W have been learning about Indigenous culture and European settlement. We have used Learning Objects on the computer to support our knowledge of the Earth’s orbit around the Sun. We have tracked shadows around the school as the Sun moves across the sky and played shadow tag. Competition is fierce in Bin Ball for Year 5 sport and the next 3 weeks we are participating in ARL clinics.
Please check our foyer display for super samples of symmetrical art, Indigenous dot art, information brochures and narratives. We have been practising for the Year 5 NAPLAN (maths, language and writing) tests and can’t wait to go on camp next week. Busy, busy, busy!
